DATA PROTECTION – You have the right to access the data we hold, to restrict or erase it or update your information. We have one month to respond to requests from you regarding your information.

 

GDPR -We only use your data to contact you regarding tuition sessions or feedback or in the event of an emergency, we also have an obligation to use your information should there be a safeguarding issue, No data is shared and all information is deleted once we are no longer providing sessions.

 

CANCELLATIONS – We operate a straightforward policy to ensure that the tutor is not out of pocket for their considerable time and effort planning and they get paid for the hour that was booked with them.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – Please ensure that the pupil arrives promptly to the lesson as we operate on an hour by hour basis.

We charge the full lesson fee where lessons are cancelled or forgotten within a 24 hour period. we charge half a lesson fee where lessons are forgotten or cancelled within  48 hours. Outside these times, we will do our best to move the lesson where possible ( at the discretion of the tutor)

It is £10 to keep the space open outside of these times.

We do not charge for any term time or bank holidays.

We require 7 days’ notice to end tuition.
